Window Sheet Glitter Tutorial

Well, this is my first attempt at sharing a "tutorial" with you. I'm sure there is a proper name for this technique, but it escapes me at the moment. It's a fun way to add a visual element to your card using window sheets.
For supplies you will need window sheets, crystal effects, a bottle of reinker, dazzling diamonds glitter, Staz On ink (I used white this time), and a couple of toothpicks.
You start by stamping an image onto the window sheet using the Staz On ink. I used one of the flowers from Big Blooms.
Step two you turn that piece of window sheet over and put an fair amount of crystal effects onto the portion you want to color in.
Next you add a drop or two of reinker into the center of the crystal effects. It depends on the size of the area you are filling in as to how much you need.
Next you will spread that combination around in the area you are filling in.
Then add a small amount of Dazzling Diamonds if you are looking for a shimmery effect. This will now have to dry. Crystal effects dries relatively quickly, but you need to be patient. Walk away for an hour and come back!
I finished by cutting be flower out. I will be totally honest with you, I don't like this card at all! But it is done and I put a lot of work into making the tutorial and didn't want to abandon the idea. Unfortunately I think the card is a bit of a dog, but oh well.
I close up, live version is really sparkly!!!! Hope you can use this. Post something if make something with this technique. Have a great DAY!!!
